Today's Software: Ninite

Need an easy installer/updater for your PC?  Try Ninite.

Summary:
Visit the Ninite website, place a checkmark in the boxes next to the applications you wish to install, click the green "Get Installer" button at the bottom of the page. Ninite will then build an installer for you that will be specific to your PC that you just download and then run.  When you run the custom installer, Ninite will download the required files and the applications install silently.  All extra garbage that normally gets bundled with free applications are automatically denied.  Another nice perk is you can rerun the installer periodically (once a month perhaps) and it will update the applications for you.
